Fund and Monitoring Surveying

Our work as Project Managers/Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors at the sharp end of schemes undertaken by Commercial and Entrepreneurial Developers led to the Directors being invited by a number of Funding Institutions and Banks to “sit on their side of the table” when these funding bodies were considering lending to such Developers.

They saw us as an essential and important team member with our experience and expertise being very advantageous when carrying out the necessary Due Diligence Exercise required on all schemes in advance of third party funding being made available.

Our approach is always to recognise that the Borrower is the Lender’s Client and we take a fair but professional approach to the detailed analysis of the Borrower’s project appraisal and development documentation.

In order to ensure, wherever possible, that the scheme is viable, fundable and that the project risks are managed, we assist the Borrower in identifying and managing those risks either through establishing an agreed resolution, strategy or making a financial provision to enable the project to proceed to both parties satisfaction.
